  • After your registration, you will receive a non-binding statement of registration via e-mail which contains all the necessary steps that need to be taken for a final, binding reservation. The possibilities of a cancellation after a binding reservation, are explained too.
  • As a first step, our office will get in contact with you as soon as possible via the contact information you shared. Your application will be forwarded to the housing team and you will receive further information on accomodation and our services soon via e-mail.
  • After moving-in, the reservation fees, which consist of one monthly dormitory fee plus € 85,-, will be credited to your bill as the first dormitory fee. Further monthly dormitory fees will be booked directly from your bank account.
  • For new residents, a deposit in the amount of € 1.000,- dormitory fees serves as a security for any damages made. The full amount will be returned within eight weeks, provided all outstanding bills have been paid by the occupant.
  • General Tips:
    It is necessary to bring your own dishes and cutlery. You have to bring along your own bedsheets, covers, pillow and blanket! Single rooms are allocated by the student council and the students themselves, therefore in many dormitories double rooms are booked first by the dormitory administration.)
